The Working Life and Hobby Interests of Samuel Oshana are Both Important

Samuel Oshana was born in Boston, although he currently calls Miami Beach home. Over many years, Sam has been a very successful businessman and investment professional, having made investments in many business areas in both New York and Florida. Most of his business success has come out of his ability to guide money to the right investment in a way that brings the best return. Often, that has meant starting up new companies and nurturing them to success, like the time he started up Apex Data Systems and later sold the company for a healthy return on investment.

Throughout his career,Samuel Oshana has spent a lot of his time following the sports teams in his native Boston. Most of the teams in that city have been very good and won a lot of championships, although the Boston Red Sox have been very hard for fans to take. The Red Sox win the first ever World Series, but they stopped winning World Series Championships after 1918, which is when the team sold baseball icon Babe Ruth (nicknamed the “Bambino") to the hated New York Yankees. That led to "the Curse of the Bambino,” which kept the Red Sox from winning a World Series from 1918 until 2004, when they became one of the most potent franchises in Major League Baseball, winning a number of World Series championships since.

Samuel Oshana Loves His Business Career Almost as Much as Boston Sports

Samuel Oshana has been very successful in many business areas. He has been very good at leading corporate investments, as well as starting up new companies and nurturing companies to significant success. As much as he loves his career and helping clients make he loves his job and career and though he has spent most of his adult life in Florida, he still finds himself enthralled by the sports teams located in his hometown of Boston, Massachusetts. No matter how old he gets, however, he gets excited about his beloved Boston and its growing reputation as a city of champions.

Just in the last year, the Boston Red Sox won the World Series in Major League Baseball and the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl championship in the National Football League. However, Samuel Oshana also has a great fondness for his hometown Boston Celtics basketball team. A member of the National Basketball Association, there is nothing that’s hard abut being a Celtics fan. The Celtics have the most championships in NBA history, with 17 championships between 1957 and 2008. In fact, between the 1958-1959 season and the 1965-1966 seasons, the Celtics won 8 championships in a row, and 11 out of 13 in roughly the same span in the 1950s and 1960s.

Another Boston sports team Samuel Oshana is quite fond of are the New England Patriots. The Boston Patriots were an original team in the American Football League (AFL), as a way to get professional football back in the city, and boy did they do that. The AFL started play in 1961 and the league was so successful, they merged with the older NFL in 1970. In 1971, the team started playing in Foxboro Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, and the team became the New England Patriots. The Patriots' last losing season was in 2000, and they are now in a tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most Super Bowl wins.

Samuel Oshana Has Successfully Handled Real Estate and Other Investments

Over the past few years, Samuel Oshana has shifted his focus to Florida real estate primarily, to the point that he recently added a brokerage license to his collection of investment broker’s licenses, including series 7, 63 and 55 licenses, which allowed him to sell all types of securities and to engage in equity trading for a long time. The addition comes because he sees his ability to make even more investments in Florida commercial and residential real estate as a great next move in a business and investment career that has been full of great moves. By incorporating his real estate license into his investment portfolio, he has been able to expand his range and improve his already enviable return on investment.

These days, Samuel Oshana usually purchases distressed properties for a low price in neighborhoods that are considered "up-and-coming." He then makes all needed repairs and brings them back to their previous glory, after which he sells the homes for a significant profit to people who absolutely love them.

Samuel Oshana has been very successful in a variety of business areas in both New York and Florida. His skill as an investment professional is such that he has always been able to make the best possible return on any investment. With a special knack for being able to start up a brand new company and guide it into great success, his instincts seem unmatched these days. One of his favorite examples of his prowess came with his role as a key player in the startup of merchant payment processor Apex Data Systems, which he led to phenomenal growth and eventually sold for a huge profit.
