Investment Advisor Samuel Oshana, a Profile

Throughout the course of his long career, Samuel Oshana has shown a great deal of success in many business areas. Much of that was due to his skill as a broker. Sam has always demonstrated the ability to make the best possible return on any investment. He has a special knack for starting up a brand new company and guiding it into great success and getting a fine return on investment, like the time he started up merchant payment processor Apex Data Systems, and grew it into a position where it could sell for a fine price, representing a significant return on investment.

Despite the fact that Samuel Oshana was born in Boston and experienced a high level of success in New York, he now considers Miami home. Relatively recently, Sam added a Florida real estate brokerage license to go with his investment broker’s licenses, which has allowed him to make better investments in Florida commercial and residential real estate. He purchases distressed properties for a low price in formerly distressed neighborhoods and completely rehabilitates and restores them, in order to flip them for a significant profit.

Samuel Oshana and Real Estate Investment: A Good Match

A few years ago, Samuel Oshana decided to obtain a Florida real estate brokerage license. That license has actually allowed him to step up his investment game. He has always had an impressive record, but now he can invest even more in the areas of Florida residential and commercial real estate, especially in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Over the past few years, he has purchased many properties in those counties, mostly in gentrifying neighborhoods. He tends to buy them at a really low price, then rehabilitates them and flips them for a healthy profit.

Throughout a long business career, Samuel Oshana has had a reasonable level of success in a wide variety of business sectors. For instance, he has demonstrated a high level of skill when it comes to starting up new companies from scratch and bringing them a high level of success. Among his favorite projects came when he co-founded Apex Data Systems, a payment processing company that serves merchants nationwide. Within a few short years, he had guided Apex to the point where he was able to sell the company for a healthy profit.

Samuel Oshana, Real Estate and Investments

Though Samuel Oshana calls Miami Beach home these days, he was actually born in Boston and had significant success in New York, as well. There is a good reason he now considers Miami to be his home these days. Over past few years, Sam has focused primarily on Florida real estate, to the point that he recently added a brokerage license to his investment broker’s licenses. That’s because he sees his ability to make even more investments in Florida commercial and residential real estate as a great next move in a business and investment career that has been full of great moves. By incorporating his real estate license into his investment portfolio, he has been able to expand his range and improve his already enviable return on investment.

Most of the time these days, Sam Oshana now purchases distressed properties for a low price in neighborhoods that are considered "up-and-coming." He then makes all needed repairs and brings them back to their previous glory, after which he sells the homes for a significant profit to people who absolutely love them.

Samuel Oshana has been very successful in several business areas in both New York and Florida. His skill as an investment professional is such that he has always been able to make the best possible return on any investment. With a special knack for being able to start up a brand new company and guide it into great success, his instincts seem unmatched these days. One of his favorite examples of his prowess came with his role as a key player in the startup of merchant payment processor Apex Data Systems, which he led to phenomenal growth and eventually sold for a huge profit.

Over the course of his impressive career, Samuel Oshawa has worked with some of the highest-profile investment brokerages in the country. He held series 7, 63 and 55 licenses, which allowed him to sell all types of securities and to engage in equity trading, as well. It was then that he learned as much as possible about the value of investment and how to maximize investment returns, which is why he continues to loan capital, while using their real estate as collateral.

Samuel Oshana, Investment Professional

Samuel Oshana has been involved in many diverse businesses over the years. He has made investments in different types of alternative areas in both New York and Florida. The bulk of his business knowledge has come from his ability to work with the right partners. Often, that has meant, being involved in the starting up of a new company and trusting the operators. One example is as a part of the start up of AP Systems, a merchant payment processing company that he helped found while he was working with First Data Corporation. He later sold Apex Data Systems for a return on his investment.

Over the course of his career, he has worked at a few brokerages around the country, such as Heartland Securities and JP Morgan. While he was working with those companies, he held Series 7 and Series 63, which are basic licenses that allow a broker to trade all types of securities, and a Series 55, which allows said broker to engage in equity trading. Throughout that time, he learned how valuable the right kind of investment is, but more importantly, the value of good partners.

In recent years, Sam Oshana loans capital to individuals and small companies, while using their real estate as collateral. He obtained a Florida real estate brokerage license, which provides him with the ability to expand the scope of his investments to include Florida residential and commercial real estate.
